Comfortable Run along Sha Tin & Ma On Shan under Typhoon Signal 3

Typhoon Signal No. 3 was on at around 16:10. I left my office lately at 20:00 and I got a headache. Really want to go back home and take a rest. When I was walking on the way to get the bus to home, I felt some cool breeze. It made me fresh and with clearer mind.  Suddenly I thought that if I miss tonight's training, I might not be able to run tomorrow as the weather might go worse.

Therefore, I returned to the sports ground and got changed.
In order to run a longer distance, I ran outside along the Shing Mun River. At around 1km later, I reached the Hong Kong Sports Institute which many top athletes train there. I was following my athletic coach to train there at around 15 years ago. The Hong Kong Sports Insitute was turned into a horse race course in 2008 for the Paralympic Games. The current running track was built at around 2010. It seems that I got some movtation after seeing the others running.

Passing though the Seafood restaurant ship Ming Sing. The night view of Shing Mun River was so good.

I got my turn until reaching the silent Ma On Shan Promenade. With less park goers, the path was better for running.

Siulek felt guilty of trying to escape from running and pleased that she run eventually. It's so comfortable to run under the Typhoon!
