Sha Tin Riverside Big Fearless Team Training Test

Tonight the team had a time trail as well as fitness level test. It includes 5K, 3K, 1K, SLANK and Squat Thrust. The test was done every month so that members could know whether they have an improvement. It is important especially for beginners.

 Runners will try their best when running in a big group. It's also fun to run with a group of friends.

Siulek tried that last month and would like to know my own ability too but I would rather have an easy jog and rush back to home to pack my luggage for tomorrow!
